Chi Kung

  Chi Kung is the art of cultivating personal energy by means of simple internal and external exercises which are drawn from the Oriental culture.

We use this as an easy and powerful way of developing conscious awareness of our energy field, which then becomes the foundation upon which the Healing Techniques can be learnt. Included are exercises to prepare the physical and energy bodies to channel healing energy.
 
 

Chi Kung Exercises

 
 

Opening Joints and Meridians is a series of stretching exercises that develop the connective tissue so that energy can flow easily through our body.

Walking Meditation is a movement meditation that brings our awareness to the simple act of stepping forward.

Spontaneous Movement is a method of surrendering to the natural wisdom of the energy within us to release and flow by means of involuntary movements.

Organ Regeneration is a combination of exercises using movement, visualisation, breath and sound to clean stale energy out of the organs and replenish that with vitality.

Rooting is a series of exercises to strengthen the body and breath so that we can run energy through our system more powerfully.

Standing Dissolving focuses our mind into our body and works methodically through various centres dissolving blockages to the flow of energy.

Extraordinary Meridians is a set of exercises that opens and charges the energy pathways which lie deep within our body and bone structure.

Heaven to Earth is a series of standing meditation postures which hold open various energy circuits and strengthen our presence on the planet.

Walking in Essence it a practice that involves walking in nature and naming what you see around you in first generational terms such as tree, grass, woman etc. This practice stills the mind and drops us into the dimension of Essence where we experience that we are one with everything.
